American Culinary Federation Cape Cod & the Islands Chapter
Events



The Cape and the Islands Chapter of the American Culinary Federation holds monthly dinner meetings from September to May. The meetings highlight the culinary talents of our host Chef and provide a social setting to encourage networking and comradelier among food service professionals. Local food and wine purveyors often accept the offer to collaborate with the Chef in menu planning and wine pairing, which provides them an occasion to educate and expose us to their feature products. A mailing is sent out monthly or quarterly to announce the meetings for the upcoming months. Perspective members are encouraged to attend.
